Fink is recent graduate from the States who drunkenly stumbled over to Shanghai, lost as to what to do with his life. Since arriving, he's found that no matter where he bargains he manages to get the "friend" price, and that clothing is not optional. Not that it was in the U.S., but he had his hopes up.
