My problem is that I can’t test if it works on my HP. I’m in Denmark and is not bothered by the GFW. It is an annoyance that my Chinese visitors do not show up anymore though.

Yea, it’s the “u” word that did it. Google it and you will see google die for about 5 minutes. Personally, the best solution I have found so far is just setting up a SSH tunnel and forwarding traffic. It’s encrypted, secure, safe and works everywhere.

I have the same problem with comment moderation. If you have access to cpanel or other server utilities, you can get into your MySQL database (phpAdmin) and edit it directly. Sometimes this is blocked too though.

I had my site blocked because of a comment as well several weeks ago. However, the only thing blocked was the comment, and all comments left below it. The comment in question was much more obvious than the one you have above, so for all of our benefit, I won’t rewrite it. The biggest problem though was when I tried to go into my wordpress back end and delete the comment, the comment moderation page was blocked as well. Thus I was not even able to go in to delete the comment. Finally I had a friend in the US go in and delete it for me, and afterwords everything worked fine.

The U-word is the culprit, I think. There have been threads on PKD and Sinosplice tripped up by it as well – most of the well-known proxy names (U*, F*, and D* seem to trip the filters pretty consistently).
