I enjoyed reading about Steven Weather's adventures in China. I laughed out loud at the antics and straight up honesty in his stories. A very charming story and I send my best wishes for his new ventures in China. With Steven's background, there are no limits to what he can accomplish.

I was able to meet Steven at a "tweet-up" dinner (with other folks who are on Twitter) when we happened to be in Shanghai at the same time during the China 2.0 Tour.

He's a fun, friendly and charming guy and I'm so glad that he's been successful with his videos and other projects. Nice interview!

@stuart: It's been a crazy ride, that's for sure. As far as integration goes, my first year was in a small town called Luoyang (one of China's ancient capitals), now with population of 6 million and only 6 foreigners living there, all of whom went home for Christmas for a month. So I had no choice to integrate and learn the language quickly. Trial by fire, so to speak!

@Ryan: Not lazy at all! Look at your site and network -- impressive indeed. And if you want to be on TV more, I'll DM you some agents' names/nos.

@James: Sure! Shanghai and Suzhou are very foreigner-friendly cities. Plan well before hand with guides/helpers, and arrive with a flexible spirit (anything can change here within a moment's notice), and you'll have a great trip.

Wow! This guy's got some resume after only three years in China. A very impressive level of integration into the culture here.

No need to apologise for the 150 RMB 'cup of tea incident' either - that simply demanded a rant of the highest magnitude.
