The Shanghai Restoration Project will bring its new album “The Classics†to China with a multi-city tour this April.
The Shanghai Restoration Project (TSRP) is a contemporary electronic music group formed by Chinese-American producer, Dave Liang. The group draws its creative inspiration from the 1930s Shanghai jazz bands, an early example of East meets West that has become an international legend. TSRP revives this exotic blend by melding Chinese instruments with the Western sounds of hip-hop and electronica.
